Description: The learning objective of this
course is to give leaders a much clearer grasp of the ethical infrastructure
within which they operate. Those taking this course will come to appreciate
the moral ambiguity which necessarily confronts those in leadership
roles.
The course provides methods and insights by which leaders can more effectively
evaluate and resolve the ethical conflicts which confront both them
and their organizations.

Resources Required: On-line (Web-based) course
requiring access to the Internet. The minimum requirements are: a personal
computer with a Pentium-class processor; Windows 95 or later; 32 MB
RAM (64 recommended); 10 MEGS hard disk space; SVGA Monitor; 1 MB video
card; 256 colours; CD-ROM drive (suggested); word processing software;
56k modem; Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 4.7 or later (Please note
that we DO NOT recommend using Netscape 6 at this time.)
